Nancy helped us purchase a home from out-of-state. She made it so easy for us! Her extensive knowledge of the local market and home value in general were clearly communicated. She prioritized finding us a home well within our budget that fit our family rather than pushing us towards something more expensive or modern that we didn’t need, while making sure that we saw all the options above and below in value even in an extremely limited timeframe. We saw about 15 houses in 2 days, although we gave her minimal notice that we were in town. The house we bought was one that she found even before it came on the market, and we put an offer in 2 days after it popped up. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
