Our History

Owner, Nancy Jark, started Jark Real Estate purely out of her passion for residential real estate and not much about her passion has changed. Nancy was exposed to real estate as an administrative assistant with Jark Auction in 1990. After assisting with a number of land auctions she got a taste of the industry and wanted to make it a full-time opportunity for herself. More than two decades later, Nancy still loves being able to provide valuable experience to educate new home buyers through the process. But, she’s quick to acknowledge that she learns with each transaction as no two are ever the same. Nancy has built a team of real estate brokers with the same passion for personal development and delivering an exceptional real estate experience for buyers and sellers.

Based out of Aberdeen, South Dakota, Jark Real Estate specializes in buying and selling homes and has created a niche for small, rural residential real estate. The team serves a number of Northeastern South Dakota communities including Aberdeen, Mellette, Mansfield, Northville, Columbia, Groton, Frederick, Warner, Stratford, Leola, Bowdle and Eureka.
