Nancy is a four-time Aberdeen Area Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” (2004, 2007, 2017, 2019). She served on the Aberdeen Area Association of Realtors Executive Committee for 23 years holding all offices available before beginning her service with the South Dakota Realtors and became their President in 2025. Over the years, Nancy has also assisted the South Dakota Realtors and South Dakota Real Estate Commission by participating in various task forces and selection committees. Nancy is a member of Aberdeen Aldersgate Church and is very proud of her volunteer work there as well as for community boards and non-profit organizations. One of her favorite activities is as a classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Dakota since 2008. Nancy is especially proud of her family and cherishes the time she spends with them. Nancy believes that the combination of honesty, integrity and her willingness to “go to the mat” for her clients is what has sustained her 30+ years in the real estate profession.
