Colleen has 55 years of experience in real estate as a responsible Broker, new agent trainer, referral coordinator and property manager.

She is currently a local director for the Aberdeen Area Association of Realtors and has served them and the South Dakota Association of Realtors in many capacities of leadership.

Colleen genuinely cares for the people and communities of the Aberdeen area. She holds a life membership on the Salvation Army Advisory Board and volunteers countless hours on committees and events. Previously, she served ten years as a commissioner and chair of the Advisory Board of Aberdeen Housing & Development Authority; Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee and several housing task forces; Officer of Business & Professional Women and Zonta Club. She also assisted with the Northeastern SD United Way Funding Drives for many years.
